Not a bad emote. Personally i would suggest making the face the same colour as the emotes border and i would also suggest making the worm a lil more peach coloured than pink.
It would also look a lil better with a couple of extra frames in to make the hand movement a bit smoother. But for a new emoticonists its not a bad attempt.
